One of the biggest awards in the 2023 college football recruiting cycle was held on Monday as five-star receiver Carnell Tate from Chicago announced he would be playing college football in Ohio.
How did the ranking team react to Tate’s commitment?
As one would expect, the State of Ohio made a huge leap after starting the day that ranked 10th according to 247Sports. As you will see below, Tate’s commitment has been huge for a university that has done so much in recent years in the position of host.
