Do not pay attention to the wind when using headphones
Dr Tabone says, “For decades there have been concerns about non-thermal effects of non-ionizing radiation in our biology as WiFi or Bluetooth. More recently, researchers have identified the effect that EMFs may have on calcium channels in cells, identifying a possible mechanism for feared adverse health outcomes. These oils are high in linoleic acid, a substance when consumed in excessive amounts that can compromise mitochondrial function and metabolism. Drinking coffee the first thing after waking up
Dr. Tabone explains, “The body is natural cortisol rates which, when operated optimally, are responsible for the daily sleep-wake cycles. To promote an optimal circadian rhythm, it is best to engage in activities that support natural fluctuations. Caffeine in moderation can be a great tool, but its effect on a molecule called adenosine can have a significant effect on our alertness. By delaying coffee intake by an hour or two after waking up, the body can better synchronize with normal cortisol rhythms and consolidate the natural function of adenosine receptors to mitigate the risk of coffee shock.
Excessive dependence on sunscreen
According to Dr. Tabone, “While everyone should make an effort to avoid sunburn, always wearing sunscreen can have many negative health belongings.
